Seven Facets of Well-being
Well-being is multidimensional and holistic, encompassing lifestyle, mental and spiritual well-being. UChicago’s Facets of Well-being framework allows you to become aware of the interconnectedness of each facet and how they contribute to your daily living.
Our well-being initiatives give students, staff, and faculty the tools for more healthful, balanced lives. Our initiatives focus on topics including body image awareness, alcohol and drug education, mental well-being, sleep health, safe sex, meditation, and more.
The campus community can get involved in our health committees and student groups that work to promote healthy behaviors, health equality, and diversity.
