Health Promotion and Wellness is committed to enhancing the environment and community at UChicago to promote lifelong behaviors and to empower students to improve their quality of life and reach their highest potential. Our staff works to understand students' needs and assists them in achieving their optimal health by offering wellness programs, resources, and information.

Wellness Programming

Our wellness programming gives students, staff, and faculty the tools for more healthful, balanced lives. Our programs focus on topics including body image awareness, alcohol and drug education, sleep health, safe sex, meditation, and more.

Pet Love is a program that brings certified therapy dogs to UChicago once per quarter as a way to help lower stress.
