Immunization and U-SHIP Deadlines for Incoming Autumn Students
All incoming students must submit proof of immunizations and either enroll in or waive University Student Health Insurance Plan (U-SHIP) coverage. The deadline to submit immunization records is Friday, October 2, 2026. The deadline to enroll in or waive U-SHIP is Friday, October 16, 2026.
Laboratory Service Provider Change
Student Wellness will be transitioning our laboratory service provider from the University of Chicago Medicine Laboratory to LabCorp starting June 10, 2026. For most students, this operational transition will have minimal impact on their experience at Student Wellness.
