2024 Flu Shot Clinics
UChicago Student Wellness is offering free flu shots to individuals with a University ID. Walk-ins are accepted, or you may make an appointment online here. Please refer to FAQ for additional information.
Immunization Deadline For Incoming Students
Submit proof of your immunizations in compliance with the University and State of IL requirements by Friday, October 25, 2024. More information can be found on the immunizations website.
Closure for All Staff Meeting- November 13th
Student Wellness will be closed for an all-staff meeting on Wednesday, November 13th, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Student Wellness will reopen at 12:30 p.m.
