All incoming students to the University must submit proof of immunization to a variety of diseases upon enrollment in the University. The deadline to submit immunization records is Friday, October 2, 2026. Learn more about the University's Immunization Requirement here.

All students studying at the Hyde Park campus must enroll in or waive coverage for the University Student Health Insurance Plan (U-SHIP) upon enrollment at the University. The deadline to enroll in or waive U-SHIP coverage is October 16, 2026. Learn more about U-SHIP here.
