Mindfulness Meditation

Each Mindfulness Meditation offering includes instruction and practice of mindfulness meditation and other mind/body techniques to help reduce stress, deepen awareness and strengthen resilience. 

We offer two course options to participate in Mindfulness Meditation:

Mindfulness Meditation Level 1: An introduction to mindfulness meditation that consists of a weekly, hour-long class taught over four weeks. Each session is limited to twenty students. All classes take place in Bond Chapel and attendance at all four weeks is required.

The Spring Quarter 2026 Mindfulness Meditation Level 1 course will take place on Tuesday afternoons from 3:00 to 4:00 PM on the following dates:

  • March 24, 2026
  • March 31, 2026
  • April 7, 2026
  • April 14, 2026

Mindfulness Meditation Level 2: is a continuation of the Level 1 course, or for those who have previous meditation experience and are looking to learn more and develop a consistent practice. Level 2 Mindfulness Meditation consists of a weekly, hour-long class taught over four weeks. All classes take place in Bond Chapel and attendance at all four weeks is required.

Spring Quarter 2026 Mindfulness Meditation Level 2 classes will take place on Tuesday afternoons from 3:00 to 4:00 PM on the following dates:

  • April 21, 2026
  • April 28, 2026
  • May 5, 2026
  • May 12, 2026
