Each Mindfulness Meditation offering includes instruction and practice of mindfulness meditation and other mind/body techniques to help reduce stress, deepen awareness and strengthen resilience.
We offer two course options to participate in Mindfulness Meditation:
Basic Mindfulness Meditation: An introduction to mindfulness meditation that consists of a weekly, hour-long class taught over four weeks. Each session is limited to twenty students. All classes take place in Bond Chapel and attendance at all four weeks is required.
Autumn Quarter 2025 Basic Mindfulness Meditation classes will take place on Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on the following dates:
- January 16, 2025
- January 23, 2025
- January 30, 2025
- February 6, 2025

Advanced Mindfulness Meditation: An “advanced” class for students who have completed the basic course OR who have previous meditation experience and are looking to learn more and develop a consistent practice. Advanced Mindfulness consists of a weekly, hour-long class taught over four weeks. All classes take place in Bond Chapel and attendance at all four weeks is required.
Winter Quarter 2025 Advanced Mindfulness Meditation classes will take place on Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:00 AM on the following dates:
- February 13, 2025
- February 20, 2025
- February 27, 2025
- March 6, 2025
