Mindfulness Meditation

Each Mindfulness Meditation offering includes instruction and practice of mindfulness meditation and other mind/body techniques to help reduce stress, deepen awareness and strengthen resilience. 

We offer two course options to participate in Mindfulness Meditation each quarter:

Mindfulness Meditation Level 1: An introduction to mindfulness meditation that consists of a weekly, hour-long class taught over four weeks. Each session is limited to twenty students. All classes take place in Bond Chapel and attendance at all four weeks is required.


Mindfulness Meditation Level 2: is a continuation of the Level 1 course, or for those who have previous meditation experience and are looking to learn more and develop a consistent practice. Level 2 Mindfulness Meditation consists of a weekly, hour-long class taught over four weeks. All classes take place in Bond Chapel and attendance at all four weeks is required.
