
Each Mindfulness Meditation offering includes instruction and practice of mindfulness meditation and other mind/body techniques to help reduce stress.
We offer two options to participate in Mindfulness Meditation:
Basic Mindfulness Meditation: An introduction to mindfulness meditation that consists of a weekly, hour-long class taught over four weeks. Each session is limited to twenty students. Attendance at all four weeks is required.

Basic Session 1: Thursdays from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. on January 11, 18, 25 and February 1, 2024
Basic Session 2: Fridays from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on January 12, 19, 26 and February 2, 2024

Advanced Mindfulness Meditation: An “advanced” class for students who have completed the basic course or have previous meditation experience and are looking to learn more and develop a consistent practice. Advanced Mindfulness consists of a weekly, hour-long class taught over four weeks. Attendance at all four weeks is required.

- Twenty Minutes Still: Twenty Minutes Still is a drop-in meditation session with qualified instructors that meet for 20 minutes of meditation on a weekly basis. All experience levels are welcome to join these sessions in Bond Chapel.
