Kognito At-Risk for College Students
Kognito is a thirty-minute online mental health simulation in which users engage in interactive exercises to learn how to recognize warning signs of psychological distress and encourage students to seek help. Use your UChicago email and the enrollment key "chicago16" when signing up.
Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid is an eight-hour training designed to give participants the skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.
Mindfulness Meditation courses are open to all UChicago community members and include instruction and practice of mindfulness meditation and other mind/body techniques to help reduce stress.
Mind Over Matter
Mind Over Matter is a branch of the Peer Health Advocates who are dedicated to empowering UChicago students to be aware of their mental well-being and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
