UChicago Student Wellness is excited to announce the National College Health Assessment (NCHA) is coming soon! Starting Monday, April 7th, and running until midnight on Monday, April 21st, 6,000 randomly selected students will receive an email with a link to participate.

This is your chance to share your experiences and help shape campus health initiatives. The survey takes about 30 minutes to complete, and your feedback is invaluable!

If you complete the survey, you'll be entered into a drawing to win one of ten $50 gift cards or one of four $100 gift cards!
