Mindfulness Meditation

Each Mindfulness Meditation offering includes instruction and practice of mindfulness meditation and other mind/body techniques to help reduce stress, deepen awareness and strengthen resilience. 

We offer two course options to participate in Mindfulness Meditation:

Mindfulness Meditation Level 1: An introduction to mindfulness meditation that consists of a weekly, hour-long class taught over four weeks. Each session is limited to twenty students. All classes take place in Bond Chapel and attendance at all four weeks is required.

The Autumn Quarter 2025 Mindfulness Meditation Level 1 course will take place on Thursday mornings 9:00 to 10:00 AM on the following dates:

  • October 2, 2025
  • October 9, 2025
  • October 16, 2025
  • October 23, 2025

Register for Level 1 course here if you can attend all four classes. 


Mindfulness Meditation Level 2: is a continuation of the Level 1 course, or for those who have previous meditation experience and are looking to learn more and develop a consistent practice. Level 2 Mindfulness Meditation consists of a weekly, hour-long class taught over four weeks. All classes take place in Bond Chapel and attendance at all four weeks is required.

Autumn Quarter 2025 Advanced Mindfulness Meditation classes will take place on Thursday mornings 9:00 to 10:00 AM on the following dates:

  • October 30, 2025
  • November 6, 2025
  • November 13, 2025
  • November 20, 2025
