Each Mindfulness Meditation offering includes instruction and practice of mindfulness meditation and other mind/body techniques to help reduce stress, deepen awareness and strengthen resilience.
We offer two course options to participate in Mindfulness Meditation:
Basic Mindfulness Meditation: An introduction to mindfulness meditation that consists of a weekly, hour-long class taught over four weeks. Each session is limited to twenty students. All classes take place in Bond Chapel and attendance at all four weeks is required.

Advanced Mindfulness Meditation: An “advanced” class for students who have completed the basic course OR who have previous meditation experience and are looking to learn more and develop a consistent practice. Advanced Mindfulness consists of a weekly, hour-long class taught over four weeks. All classes take place in Bond Chapel and attendance at all four weeks is required.
Autumn Quarter 2024 Advanced Mindfulness Meditation classeswill take place on Tuesdays from 2:00 to 3:00 PM on the following dates:
- November 5, 2024
- November 12, 2024
- November 19, 2024
- December 3, 2024
Note that due to Thanksgiving Break, there is no class on November 26.
