2023 Immunization Clinics
UChicago Student Wellness is hosting FREE Saturday immunization clinics. Under State of Illinois and University policy, students must submit proof of immunization for a variety of non-COVID diseases upon enrolling at the University. Learn more about required immunizations. Only State of Illinois required immunizations will be administered at the Saturday clinics.
Appointments can be made online starting 3 weeks before each clinic. The online scheduling tool will allow you to quickly and easily schedule, change, or cancel your appointment at your convenience. Walk-ins are also welcome.

Immunization Clinic Checklist:
- Please upload all immunization records prior to attending a clinic, if possible.*
- Please sign all consent forms.*
- If a minor, please upload a completed minor consent form.*
- If you are unsure of what immunization(s) you need, staff can assist on the day of.
