Get Outside!

With warmer temperatures in Chicago, make an effort to get outside to walk, run, and just enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.

- Take a study break for a quick loop through campus.

-Look around as you walk; take time to appreciate the beauty around you.

-Don't forget to wear a coat and hat though: it's not Spring quite yet!

- Connecting with nature can renew your mind and spirit, and help you focus on your studies and increase your productivity.
