Immunization & Student Insurance Requirement
New Students for Autumn Quarter must upload proof of State of IL required immunizations by October 24, 2025. All incoming and returning insurance-eligible students for Autumn Quarter must confirm their enrollment in the University Student Health Insurance Plan (U-SHIP) or waive with comparable coverage by October 17, 2025
Student Wellness Closure- September 12th
Student Wellness will be closed for regularly scheduled visits on Friday, September 12th from 10:30am-5:00pm for an All-Staff Meeting. Student Wellness will reopen on Monday, September 15th at 8:00AM.
Student Wellness Open House- September 23rd
