Mindfulness Meditation

Each Mindfulness Meditation offering includes instruction and practice of mindfulness meditation and other mind/body techniques to help reduce stress. 

We offer two course options to participate in Mindfulness Meditation:

Basic Mindfulness Meditation: An introduction to mindfulness meditation that consists of a weekly, hour-long class taught over four weeks. Each session is limited to twenty students. All classes take place in Bond Chapel and attendance at all four weeks is required.

Registration for Spring Quarter 2024 Basic Mindfulness Meditation classes is full. Please add yourself to the waitlist to be alerted when registration opens for upcoming Basic Mindfulness Meditation courses. 


Advanced Mindfulness Meditation: An “advanced” class for students who have completed the basic course or have previous meditation experience and are looking to learn more and develop a consistent practice. Advanced Mindfulness consists of a weekly, hour-long class taught in over four weeks. All classes take place in Bond Chapel and attendance at all four weeks is required.
