Emergency Contraception Access
Emergency contraception is used to prevent pregnancy in emergency situations following unprotected or underprotected intercourse. UChicago Student Wellness offers Emergency Contraception to all students. Call 773.834.9355 to speak to a nurse.
Immunization & Student Insurance Requirement
New Students for Spring Quarter must upload proof of State of Illinois required immunizations by April 17, 2026. All incoming students for Spring Quarter must confirm their enrollment in the University Student Health Insurance Plan (U-SHIP) or waive with comparable coverage by April 10, 2026.
