Immunization & Student Insurance Requirement
New Students for Winter Quarter must upload proof of State of IL required immunizations by January 30, 2026. All incoming students for Winter Quarter must confirm their enrollment in the University Student Health Insurance Plan (U-SHIP) or waive with comparable coverage by January 23, 2026.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Closure
Student Wellness will be closed for regularly scheduled visits on Friday, January 16th from 12:00-5:00 p.m. and on Monday, January 19th due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day holiday. Student Wellness will reopen on Tuesday, January 20th at 8 a.m.
