Immunization & Student Insurance Requirement
New Students for Autumn Quarter must upload proof of State of IL required immunizations by October 24, 2025. All incoming and returning insurance-eligible students for Autumn Quarter must confirm their enrollment in the University Student Health Insurance Plan (U-SHIP) or waive with comparable coverage by October 17, 2025
Labor Day Closure
Student Wellness will be closed for regularly scheduled visits on Friday, August 29th from 12:00-5:00 p.m. and on Monday, September 1st due to the Labor Day holiday. Student Wellness will reopen on Tuesday, September 2nd at 8 a.m.
