Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines stretching exercises, controlled breathing and relaxation. There are many yoga groups offered throughout the UChicago campus.

Restorative Yoga:

Meredith Haggerty offers hour-long restorative yoga sessions,  providing an opportunity to get away from your laptop and restore your shoulders and other aching body parts. Tuesdays 5:30–6:30pm and 6:45–7:45pm, Rockefeller Chapel.

Gentle Yoga :

During gentle yoga Meredith provides students with an additional opportunity to relax and stretch out after a stressful day of studying. Thursdays, 4:00pm –5:00pm,  Bond Chapel.
