Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines stretching exercises, controlled breathing and relaxation. There are many yoga groups offered throughout the UChicago campus.

Restorative Yoga:

Meredith Haggerty offers hour-long restorative yoga sessions,  providing an opportunity to get away from your laptop and restore your shoulders and other aching body parts. Monday's at 4:30-5:30 p.m. and 5:45- 6:45 p.m, in Rockefeller Chapel.

Gentle Yoga :

During gentle yoga Meredith provides students with an additional opportunity to relax and stretch out after a stressful day of studying. Thursdays, 3:00 –4:00pm,  Bond Chapel.
