Health Promotion and Wellness understands that your experience at UChicago is exciting, challenging, and sometimes really busy. Often, when life gets busy, sleep is the first thing that you sacrifice.

Daytime sleepiness can interfere with academics, reduce your ability to function properly, and is usually a result of inadequate sleep and/or poor sleep hygiene (practices that improve sleep quality).

While you may be aware that sleep is beneficial to you, you might be unaware of how critical it is to learning, memory, your immune system, mood, judgement, and overall health. Please use the resources below to help improve your sleep.
