Many students struggle to get a good night’s sleep and poor sleep at night can cause problems in the daylight. Some issues caused by lack of sleep include the inability to focus, memory impairment, serious health risks and increased stress and anxiety, just to name a few.
Our Refresh Sleep program aims to provide college and graduate students with the skills and strategies to achieve more restful nights. Once each quarter's program begins, you will receive a weekly email for 7 weeks that has an attached PDF with important information, tips and tricks that have been proven to help improve your sleep. Students are encouraged to spend at least 30 minutes per week with the program information.

The winter Refresh Sleep program is currently underway but if you are interested in registering for our spring program, please register here by April 6. The spring Refresh Sleep program will begin on Tuesday, April 8, 2018.
