Health Promotion and Wellness recognizes that trying to practice healthy eating college can be challeging. Because of busy days filled with class and homework, limited finances, and the many less healthy options available, students often struggle to develop and maintain healthy eating habits.  Health Promotion and Wellness would like to help you make choices that involve eating in a healthful way!

March 2013 is National Nutrition Month, and Health Promotion & Wellness is working to provide you with all the basic nutrition facts and skills you need! In March only, you can find nutrition trivia in selected campus dining and cafes and on the tab below. Additionally, in the month of March UChicago's registered dietician & health promotion specialist will be offering Healthy Eating Study Breaks. The study break will include a healthy snack and nutrition trivia with the opportunity to win prizes.
