ASAP Workshops for Spring Quarter 2018

For College and Graduate Students:

Self-care for Study Success

This workshop will provide self-care strategies to improve academic performance and work/life balance. Graduate and undergraduate students will learn about the utility of self-care and how small adjustments in your daily and weekly routine can bring about effective results.  Students can expect to gain the skills necessary to assess their self-care practice(s) across domains and leave the workshop with tools to enhance their effectiveness through spring quarter and beyond.

Get Set for Finals

This workshop will help graduate and undergraduate students develop a plan for final exams preparation. Students will be led through exercises in which they will analyze the tasks that need to be completed prior to and during finals week, and then strategize about how to approach these tasks. The workshop will also present information on good test-taking skills, time management and self-care! Open to undergraduate and graduate students.
