KORU Mindfulness Meditation 4-Week Series
Are you new to mindfulness or want to go back to basics? Sign up for our Koru Mindfulness Meditation 4-week course. This introductory course is held over 4 consecutive weeks and includes instruction and practice of Mindfulness Meditation and other Mind/Body techniques to help reduce stress. Our instructors are trained by the Center for KORU Mindfulness, which is an evidence-based curriculum, specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation and stress management to college students and other young adults. We are happy to have the opportunity to offer these sessions at beautiful spaces such as Bond Chapel and the Oriental Institute.

Each series is limited to 12 students. The course is held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and lasts 75 minutes. Attendance at all 4 weeks is required.

*Students must have completed the basic course before registering for the KORU Advanced 2.0 course. If you have taken Basic Koru in a previous year that is acceptable.
