New Students for Spring Quarter must upload proof of State of Illinois required immunizations by April 17, 2026. All incoming students for Winter Quarter must confirm their enrollment in the University Student Health Insurance Plan (U-SHIP) or waive with comparable coverage by April 10, 2026.
