Taking care of your nutritional wellbeing is a personal journey, and everyone's relationship with food is unique. Nourishment looks different for everyone, and your path is valid. Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don't have to do it alone. UChicago Student Wellness offers students multiple pathways to nutrition support.

  • Support for managing specific health conditions and specialized diets
  • Guidance on plant-based, vegetarian, or vegan nutrition
  • Culturally-informed meal planning and dietary support

  • Developing a weight management plan with a peaceful, non-restrictive relationship with food
  • General nutrition education and meal planning
