Living Intentionally to Flourish Everyday (LIFE)

Living Intentionally to Flourish Everyday (LIFE) is a 4-week program that draws upon strengths using positive psychology principles with the goal of increasing flourishing and wellbeing among students. LIFE aligns with Martin Seligman’s PERMA model by using his five building blocks throughout the program.

LIFE was offered to all incoming first year College students during Weeks 2-5 of Autumn Quarter. Over 70 sessions were offered for the more than 1,600 students.

The program will be available to graduate and professional students each quarter.
