Living Intentionally to Flourish Everyday (LIFE) is a 4-week program that draws upon strengths using positive psychology principles with the goal of increasing flourishing and wellbeing among students. LIFE aligns with Martin Seligman’s PERMA model by using his five building blocks throughout the program.
LIFE will be offered to graduate and professional students every quarter and offered to College students during Winter Quarter.
Autumn Quarter sessions will be offered on Thursdays (October 14, 21, 28 and November 4) from 5:30pm-7:00pm in the Student Wellness Center's Multipurpose Room and dinner will be served. Interested graduate and professional students may register here.
