Many students struggle to get a good night’s sleep in school, but poor sleep at night can cause problems in the daylight. Some issues caused by lack of sleep include inability to focus, memory impairment, serious health risks and increased stress and anxiety, just to name a few.
Our Refresh Sleep Program aims to provide college and graduate students with the skills and strategies to achieve more restful nights. Once you have registered for the program, you will receive a weekly email for 7 weeks that has an attached PDF. Students are encouraged to spend at least 30 minutes per week with the program information.

The Refresh Sleep program will start on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 for the spring quarter for both college and graduate/professional students. Registration for spring quarter is now closed. Please check back soon for autumn registration information.
