Alcohol & Other Drugs Education
Here at the university, you will probably find yourself in situations where you will be making decisions about drinking- at parties, on dates, in your room. It is best to make careful, thoughtful decisions about alcohol before you drink for the first time or before you have your first drink at a party of an event. Thus, we encourage students to have a basic understanding of alcohol education.
Sexual Health
We all care about protecting ourselves and the ones we love. For sexually active people that means practicing safer sex.
Body Image
Health Promotion and Wellness encourages you to pursue what is healthy, even if that does not necessarily mean losing weight or achieving a certain look.
Physical Activity
Physical activity is an excellent way to cope with stress. Try one of the Fit Chicago classes, or sign up for an IM team with your friends.

A balanced diet is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help your mind and body stay well.
