Are you working so hard to be that perfect student? Are you frustrated with your imperfection? Do you feel it’s still not good enough even after you get that perfect grade or a perfect interview offer? What’s behind the goal of being perfect? Come join us on a presentation and discussion about the striving for perfectionism, what get in the way, and the beauty (really?) of imperfection.

Prioritizing your Self-Compassion
Where are you on your own priority list? This workshop will teach UChicago students about self-compassion and how greatly it can impact their academic and emotional well-being. Moreover, this workshop includes tips and tricks about prioritization in students’ busy lives.
