Basic Study Skills for College First Years
This workshop will offer study skills and time management strategies to improve your academic performance and find work/life balance. We will review and discuss strategies to help first year University of Chicago college students use their study time most effectively.

Managing Time & Procrastination
This workshop will help University of Chicago students better understand why they procrastinate and offer strategies that will help with managing their time.

Get Set for Finals
This workshop will help undergraduate and graduate students develop a plan of study for final exams. Students will be led through exercises in which they will analyze the tasks that need to be completed prior to and during finals week, and then strategize about how to approach these tasks. The workshop will also present information on good test-taking skills and ways to manage academic anxiety with mindfulness meditation.
