ACT for Anxiety

This 8-week structured group will help college students address anxiety using the evidence-based approach behind Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The goal is to help members learn essential skills to effectively overcome problems related to anxiety. Members will also learn how to identify personal sources of motivation and change their behaviors to improve mood and make their lives more meaningful.
